The Souk dining room is decorated as a colorful market in order to simulate the authentic atmosphere of the colorful Nazareth market.
The dining room, conducted by the international chef Johnny Goric, includes an open kitchen that allows diners to feel, see and smell the process of the food preparation.
Breakfast includes a rich buffet with many different bars such as special salads, pastries, fine cheese, eggs, hot and cold drinks and more.
Evening meals are served at the invitation of groups.
